Hunter Foods Supports Breast Cancer Awareness

With October being a month dedicated to Breast Cancer awareness, Hunter Foods participated in several events happening throughout Dubai in order to raise funds and educate both women and men on the symptoms of this disease, which is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women. You have probably noticed that our social media feeds have been showcasing the hashtag #getscreened.

We participated in The Helicopter Mommy coffee morning at Leopold’s Nation Tower with our Hunter Deliciously Crinkled Potato Ridges Himalayan Pink Salt. The event was enthusiastically attended by an amazing group of women living in Abu Dhabi. Read More

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Hunter Foods is proud to have partnered with The Real Mums Group, who was hosting an event on the 28th of October 2017. Real Mums are working in association with charity Brest Friends, which is a Dubai-based support group operating under Al Jalila Foundation. Held at Casa Havana Salon on Al Wasl Road, the event was a fabulous day of free pampering, photo-booth fun, pink mock-tails, pink candy, goodie bags and so much more! Medical experts discussed the importance of self-examinations, and taught women how to do them correctly.

We are pushing our campaign beyond October, with our participation in the Dubai Women's Run with pink t-shirts and the participation of 26 extraordinary women, aged 25 to 75 years' old, from The Real Mums Group and our own Hunter's women team on November 17th, 2017.
