Dark Chocolate Granola Recipe
My granola bowl today is loaded with some nutritious superfoods to keep me going for hours. Avocado and yogurt smoothie, topped with mangoes, blueberries, red currants, mint, dark chocolate granola, mixed berries FruQbs, dark chocolate roasted coconut chips, organic flax seeds and organic chia seeds, peanut butter, and of course my homemade granola. INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rollled oats
- 3 tbsp cold pressed organic coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Hunter’s Gourmet Organic Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Hunter’s Gourmet Organic Chia Seeds
- Pinch of salt
RECIPE
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl. Stir well and pour this mixture over the oats.
- Add chia seeds and flax seeds. Mix well.
- Bake for 30 mins at 175 degrees.
- Keep stirring every 10 minutes to avoid burning the granola from the sides.
TO SERVE
- Whip some yogurt with avocado.
- I topped it with homemade granola, Hunter’s Gourmet Roasted Coconut Chips Dark Chocolate, Hunter’s Gourmet FruQbs Mixed Berries, fresh fruits, fresh mint, peanut butter, chia seeds and flax seeds.
