SALES SUPERVISOR HORECA / HF_SSH_MAR 2024

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Supervisor with a robust background in gourmet snacks or chips sales within the HORECA vertical. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the gourmet snacks market, exemplary sales leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. With extensive contacts in hotels, restaurants, and cafés, the Sales Supervisor will lead our sales team to expand our market reach, forge new partnerships, and solidify our position as the preferred choice for gourmet snacks in the HORECA sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in hotels, restaurants, and cafés to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, sales opportunities, and competitive threats in the gourmet snacks/chips industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our HORECA clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Represent Hunter Foods at industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings to promote our brand and products.

Skills Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the gourmet snacks, chips, or related food sectors.
  • Proven experience working with the HORECA vertical, with established contacts in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong team management abilities, with a track record of driving sales to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Middle East experience is a benefit.
