The Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and staff. They will handle general administrative tasks, manage incoming calls, and ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Greeting and Welcoming: Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  •  Managing Calls: Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate staff members or taking messages as needed.
  •    Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  •    Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  •    Visitor Management: Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures, issue visitor badges, and notify appropriate staff members of their arrival.
  •  Package Handling: Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing packages.
  •    Liaison with Staff: Maintain effective communication with other staff members to ensure a smooth workflow.
  •  Provide Support: Assist with various office tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
  •    High school diploma or equivalent.
  •    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •    Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •    Professional appearance and demeanour.
  •    Experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
